COVID-19 Communication Suggestions

At this time, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. In order to assist all clients in a timely fashion and to minimize hold times, we ask that clients with non-urgent questions or appointment or prescription refill requests send a text message to (517) 305-8591 (this phone number does not receive calls) or email us via reception@mycrossroadsvet.com if they are able. A team member will answer questions and/or process text and email requests within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

You can also view your pet’s reminders and request prescriptions through our PetPage mobile app. To access your pet's information online, add our PetPage mobile app to your mobile device.

1) Download the mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store by clicking one of the links below (you must be using your mobile phone in order to install the application).

2) After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone, click the "sign up" button on the home page of the app. Enter your email address, choose a password, and click the blue sign up button. You will need to use the email address on file at Crossroads Animal Hospital.


3) You will be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. Check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox. 

You can now log into our mobile app to view your pet’s reminders and request prescriptions through our PetPage mobile app!
